However, due to the nature of our beauty products (e.g., hygiene and personalization concerns), we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once opened or used. This policy complies with industry standards to ensure product safety and quality.

Unopened Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item that is still sealed/unopened, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mewbeauty125@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We will replace the item or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) at our discretion.

No exceptions for change of mind, allergies (please consult a your physician), or opened products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
